Q: If I do not renew my season tickets, can I keep my FanVision?

A: If you do not renew your season tickets, you must return your FanVision device(s) (one device for every two seats) to the Miami Dolphins. If the FanVision devices are not returned by June 1, 2011, a $250 charge will be applied for each unit unreturned. For return instructions and to receive return packaging, please contact your personal Guest Experience Representative at 1-888-FINS-TIX (1-888-346-7849), option 2.

Q: What happens if I decide to not pay for my season tickets? Will I lose my seats?

A: Yes, if you do not financially commit to renewing your season tickets by May 20, 2011, your seats will be released from your account. Per our standard policy, non-renewed seats will be made available to renewing season ticket members and/or to new buyers if you do not make any of your payments or enroll in an available interest free payment plan.

Q: Can I give up my seats now and decide to pay for them if there is a season?

A: Unfortunately not. Per our standard policy, non-renewed seats could be made available to renewing season ticket holders or to new buyers.

Q: Can I give up my seats for this season and buy them back for the following season?

A: Unfortunately not. Per our standard policy, non-renewed seats that are re-assigned or re-sold will belong to the new Season Ticket Member.

Q: What happens if games are cancelled next season?

A: In the event that we miss any games, you will be refunded the price of your tickets and parking, if applicable, for any games that are not played. Click here for the refund policy.

Q. Can I keep my FanVision for next season or do I need to return the device?

A: Please keep your FanVision device(s) for your continued use during the 2011 season. We will continue to update you on new features and capabilities throughout the off-season.
